Ananya Drishya (2005-06)

This was conceived as an art-initiative involving 70 visual artists of Bangalore, who each donated two artworks for a Collection that was then acquired by Ravi Cavale, and the corpus raised was used to set up the Ananya Drishya Program (under Ananya Trust). Under this program. various talks & presentations relating to art have been held over the years at Bengaluru's art venues like Venkatappa Art Gallery & NGMA.

The Ananya Drishya program has been the brain child of veteran artist SG Vasudev - with able support from senior artists Ravikumar Kashi & Shantamani M.

Voices - Artists & Arts Writers in Conversation (2021-22)

Dialogues for and about our times...

It is important for the voice of the artist to be heard clear and strong, and never more so than during the Pandemic. Equally, arts writers have an enormous role to play in establishing the larger contexts and milieus where the artistic voice can be engaged with.

Artist and arts writer together, we believe, will synergistically create important dialogues for and about our times.

Voices, an initiative of Serendip Art, in partnership with The Hashtag#Collective, aimed to present artist perspectives, in conversation with arts writers. The series ran for 6 episodes, first Friday of every month - from June 2021 to January 2022.
